New AAPA Officers

Two AAPA members have stepped forward to fill vacancies on the official board.

Fish Davidson is the new AAPA Vice President. He will complete the term of Tommy White, who became President upon the resignation of Frederick Moe in November. Fish, who lives in Cleveland, Mississippi, maintains a blog at fishdavidson.com The main duty of AAPA's VP is to welcome new members.

Edwin Feliu will replace Clarence Wolfshohl as Official Editor, taking over responsibility for publishing American Amateur Journalist every other month beginning with the March issue. Clarence has been editing AAJ since the November 2012 issue. He hoped to retire as editor after five years, but when no candidate signed up in the 2017 election he agreed to fill in until a volunteer could be found. Edwin has published several books of poetry (most recently The Elastic Dome in 2017) and has a blog at eafeliupoetry.com

Both officers' terms go through September 2019, and they would be eligible to run for a full two-year term in next summer's election.
