AAPA Project Telecom
American Amateur Press Association president Dean Rea has launched
Project Telecom in the fall of 1996 to help ensure that amateur
journalism bridges the technological gap to the 21st century.
After the presentation of some initial ideas in January 1997, comments
were collected through July.
